Overview

We’re pleased to be working once again with a longstanding client on the refurbishment of a 3,500 sq ft apartment at the prestigious 21 Manresa, originally completed in 2014.

This next chapter builds on the apartment’s strong foundations, introducing warmth, texture and refined detail. Guided by our client’s sophisticated eye, the refresh includes updated soft furnishings, wall finishes, and the restoration of key surfaces to elevate the space while preserving its character.

Layered materials, custom joinery, and intricate detailing bring a renewed sense of harmony—honouring the original design while responding to the evolving needs of the client.
